Cycling from Palmela to Setúbal
Start the day riding from Palmela to Setúbal, tackling rolling hills and scenic climbs through Arrábida Natural Park. Stop at Portinho da Arrábida beach for a swim or a drink before continuing along coastal roads to reach Setúbal.

Cycling from Setubal to Santo André
After breakfast, start with a short visit to Setúbal downtown before crossing the Sado River by ferry, home to a resident dolphin population. Ride along the Troia Peninsula, surrounded by sand dunes, and stop for a wine tasting.
Continue along the 50 km stretch of white sandy beaches and rice fields, observing wild egrets and storks, before exploring freshwater lagoons and the unique outdoor marble library. Finish the ride on scenic, easy roads into Santo André.
