About Us

We’re Portugal Best Cycling, a small and passionate team that rides, laughs, and explores every corner of Portugal by bike. We organize premium bike tours in Alentejo and Algarve, welcoming riders from all over the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead cycling groups through stunning landscapes, vineyards, and villages.

  • Drive a 9-seater support van (Driving license is mandatory)

  • Keep bikes clean and rolling with basic mechanic skills during the tours.

  • Prepare delicious picnics, share local stories, and create unforgettable memories.

  • Always work as part of the team — no solo missions here!

  • Permanent guides take part in off-season projects that fit their skills

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re fluent in English and comfortable with everyday Portuguese.

  • Norwegian is a big plus!

  • Experience guiding cyclists on the road and easy trails.

  • Confident driving a 9-seater van.

  • Friendly, reliable, and great with people.

  • A genuine love for cycling and curiosity about Alentejo and Algarve’s history, geography, and culture.
